Packaging & Protection
All Pokémon cards and collectibles are securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Cards are shipped penny-sleeved, top-loaded (when applicable), and protected with additional packaging materials.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Dylan@thedealden.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging so we can evaluate and assist.
