Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
• Your item arrives damaged, or
• You receive the incorrect item

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
